2. Environment-Friendly Surface Treatment
We use low-VOC Ruspert coating instead of traditional high-pollution electroplating. The coating workshop installs closed waste gas recovery devices to avoid volatile chemical pollution, meeting international EU RoHS environmental standards.
3. Waste Recycling & Circular Manufacturing
- Metal scrap: All steel leftover scraps from cutting and stamping are fully recycled and reprocessed.
- Waste water: Multi-stage filtration circulation system realizes 90% water reuse rate, zero direct discharge.
- Packaging: Recyclable carton and plastic-free packaging options for bulk fastener orders.
4. RoHS & Environmental Compliance
