1. Factory Safety Management System
Our fastener manufacturing workshop has established a complete OHS management system in line with international workplace safety specifications. All production procedures, including raw material cutting, heat treatment, screw forming, surface coating and packaging, are equipped with standardized safety operation guides.
2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulation
All on-site staff must wear matching protective supplies before entering the production area:
- Heat-resistant gloves and safety goggles for heat treatment station
- Anti-cut gloves and anti-slip safety shoes for stamping & threading workshop
- Dust-proof masks for coating and polishing processes
3. Hazard Prevention & Risk Control
- Mechanical equipment: Emergency stop buttons, safety baffles and warning labels are installed on all punchers, thread rolling machines and furnaces.
- Chemical coating workshop: Independent ventilation system to reduce volatile gas concentration.
- Fire control: Distributed fire extinguishers, emergency exits and regular monthly fire drill training.
4. Regular Safety Training & Inspection
- Weekly on-site safety inspection to eliminate hidden dangers
- Monthly OHS training for new and veteran workers
- Quarterly third-party workplace safety audit to update safety standards
5. Emergency Response Mechanism
We set independent first-aid stations with complete medical supplies. Clear emergency handling process for mechanical injury, scald and chemical contact incidents, to minimize workplace accident loss.
