On October 30, we gathered in our conference room to celebrate the birthdays of our Q3 colleagues. A long table was set with cakes, pastries, fresh fruit cups, and drinks — a small but meaningful break from the daily work routine.
Everyone wearing the paper crowns, we sang together, blew out the candles, and shared the cakes. It's these moments that remind us we're not just a team of fastener engineers and salespeople — we're a group of people who build things together, both on the production line and off it.
