1. Optimized Self-Drilling Drill Points for All Steel Thickness

Equipped serrated sharp drill tip to cut steel without pre-drilling, perfectly matching 0.55–12.5mm cold-formed & hot rolled steel substrates:

• #3 drill point: Penetrate max 5mm combined steel, ideal for stud-track, stud-stud, floor joist connections

• #5 drill point: Drilling capacity up to 12.5mm, for LGS frame connecting hot rolled base plates & moment brackets

Controlled drill tip length avoids tip burn-out or overhang piercing wiring/plumbing cavities. We provide official pull-out load data (kN) for all steel thicknesses to support engineer structural calculations.

Standard 5/16 AF hex flange washer head compatible with all impact drivers & auto-feed Quik Drive guns. Integrated washer evenly distributes clamping force to prevent thin steel pull-through breakage.

• Strict 0.05mm dimensional tolerance eliminates bit wobble & hex stripping

3. High Tensile Carbon Steel + Two Surface Finishes

Made of medium carbon steel via continuous atmosphere heat treatment: Tensile strength ≥1000MPa, surface HV 530–750, core HV 250–450, support 15° bending without cracking, strong impact resistance during assembly.

Two coating options for different environments

1. Ruspert Ceramic Coating (Exterior Grade) Silver grey composite zinc ceramic layer, salt spray resistance 500–1500hrs, fits sheltered exterior & coastal moderate chloride areas, 30–50 years building service life, cost-effective alternative to stainless steel.

2. Electro Zinc Plating (Indoor Only) For interior partition steel frames with low corrosion risk. Every shipment attaches batch tensile, hardness & salt spray QC test certificates for client audit.

4. Unique Trilobular Thread Boost Connection Performance

6.0mm standard diameter LGS screw adopts three-lobe special thread: 15%–20% less driving torque than ordinary V threads, larger contact area with steel to lift pull-out & shear strength. One screw covers all mainstream LGS joints: stud-track, box beam stud, floor joist, roof truss, cement board/steel sheathing fixing. Flat wafer head variant available for wall cladding installation.
